ZHIHAI STRETCH CEILING FILM INSTALLATION


ZHIHAI stretch ceiling is composed of flexible film, fastener and keel. The installation structure is as follows:(1-1)






Aluminum alloy is adopted to molding for keel, whose fire resistance rank is A with the function of fastening body wall and flexible film. It can be installed on all kinds of walls.  There are four types: flat code (H Aluminum profile), F code, verticle double code(W Aluminum profile), crossing double code(MH Aluminum profile). Here follows (1-2).






H Aluminum Profile-flat code: suitable for plane shape, installed along body wall can be bent crosswise, used for  plane rotundity and arc etc. (picture 1-3)






F Aluminum profile-F code: suitable for solid shape,  installed along body wall, can be bent longitudinal, used for longitudinal wave shape, arc, arched and bugle shape etc. Also suitable for all kinds of plane, and bevel style, with very broad purpose.
