INSTALLATION OF STAR SKY EFFECT FOR STRETCH CEILING


Star ceiling is added with optical fiber to enhance decorative effect, whose construciton is the same as others. Usually, black mill finish film or spurt film (better with satin and mute surface) are selected to do star ceiling, and the pattern is perfect with blue white cloud,  starry sky or dim natural design.  

Common spotlight: illuminate after turning on the light to form starry effect.

Optical fiber lamp is composed of optical fiber machine, optical fiber and optical fiber rear light
Optical fiber: transmit light source of optical fiber machine on PMMA transparent fiber silk, which divided into following types.

Fiber rear lamp (also called fiber lamp case) is used to fasten fiber silk so as to make beam inside it irradiate out through rear lamp. 


1. Select fiber lamp with suitable diameter according to ceiling height. Account the quantity of each centiare for fiber lamp. Generally, every centiare distribute about 10 fibers. Then confirm fiber lamp quantity.


2. Fix fiber machine position: the machine shall be put commonplace on ceiling edge where shall be short of fiber lamp to facilitate maintenace afterwards.


3. Abatis is pulled to fix fiber lamp for plane star. Screen cloth is used to fix fiber head for arc star.


4.The space shall be shortened as much as possible between fiber lamp and the node fixing fiber on iron wire, so that it facilitate to adjust fiber lamp position without influenced by fiber flexibility when regulate the lamp, otherwise, it will affect whole effect.


5. Fix fiber on abatis "+" crossing with fine iron wire as picture (5-2A) to fluctuate fiber without making copper head on fiber glide over abatis.Thus the fiber lamp on film plane position can be adjusted. Fiber rear lamp installation is as picture (5-2B).
